Five technologies. One mission: Cooling engineered for efficiency.

Engineered to solve the root causes of cooling inefficiency. Five technologies that work independently or together to improve heat transfer, reduce water and energy consumption, minimize maintenance, and keep cooling systems operating at peak performance.

Optimizing performance, one challenge at a time.

Five technologies that solve specific cooling system challenges independently—or together—to maximize performance, improve resource efficiency, and lower operating costs.

ACCS™

Automatic Condenser Cleaning System (ACCS)

ACCS™ infuses slightly oversized elastomer balls into the condenser water circuit on a periodic cycle. As the balls pass through the condenser tubes with the water flow, they scrub the inner tube surface clean — while the chiller keeps running at full load.

  • Zero ball consumption — balls are recovered and reused every cycle
  • No shutdown required — cleaning happens while the chiller runs at full load
  • Keeps condenser tubes at design-point cleanliness continuously

SBR™

Scale and Bio Remover (SBR)

Instead of dosing chemicals to keep hardness minerals in solution, SBR™ continuously draws a side-stream of cooling tower water through a reaction chamber where scale-forming minerals are precipitated out and removed. The treated water returns to the tower with dramatically reduced scaling and biofouling potential.

  • No chemical storage or handling on site
  • No moving parts in the reaction chamber
  • Reduces scaling and biological fouling continuously

COLTCS

Condenser Online Tube Cleaning System

COLTCS injects specialised sponge rubber balls into the condenser system, where they pass through the tubes and scrub fouling from the inner surface while the unit remains fully on load. A custom-designed ball trap retrieves every ball and pumps it back to the condenser inlet for continuous reuse.

  • Zero ball loss with a custom-designed ball trap
  • Lifespan up to 3x longer than standard cleaning balls
  • Keeps the unit fully on load — no output lost to cleaning downtime

Water Lab 1.0

A triple-wavelength photometer that fits in one hand

Water Lab 1.0 uses a triple-wavelength (530/570/620nm) photometer with a changeable cuvette for direct-immersion sampling. Results sync over Bluetooth 4.0 to a companion app and free cloud server, which calculates dosage recommendations and the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI), and generates a printable report.

  • 11 water quality parameters from a single handheld unit
  • IP68-rated — fully waterproof for field use
  • Bluetooth sync to a free cloud server and companion app

EMOS™

Energy Monitoring System (EMOS)

EMOS™ installs a magnetic flow meter and PT100 temperature sensors at the evaporator and condenser inlet/outlet of each chiller, alongside a kWh meter measuring instant electrical power consumption. Data is collated in a control panel and updated in real time for trend analysis and reporting on the cloud server.

  • Real-time kW/TR efficiency tracking, per chiller
  • Cloud-based dashboards for trend analysis and reporting
  • Typically drives a 5–10% reduction in energy consumption
