Water Lab 1.0 is a wireless, Bluetooth-enabled water testing kit that runs 11 different water tests with high accuracy from a single handheld system — giving you lab-grade data on-site, in minutes, instead of days.
Water Lab 1.0 turns a multi-day lab courier round trip into an on-site reading, in minutes.
Water Lab 1.0 uses a triple-wavelength (530/570/620nm) photometer with a changeable cuvette for direct-immersion sampling. Results sync over Bluetooth 4.0 to a companion app and free cloud server, which calculates dosage recommendations and the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI), and generates a printable report — all from a simple 6-button interface, rated IP68 for full waterproof durability.
A single system tests pH, Free/Combined/Total Chlorine, Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid, Active Oxygen (MPS), Bromine, Chlorine Dioxide, Ozone, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Total/Calcium Hardness — the baseline data used to size and validate ACCS™ and SBR™ installations, and to track treatment performance over time.
For engineers who need the exact numbers before they trust the result — the full range and reagent used for each of the 11 parameters Water Lab 1.0 measures.
| Parameter | Range | Reagent |
|---|---|---|
| pH value | 6.50 – 8.40 pH | Phenol Red Photometer |
| Chlorine (Free / Combined / Total) | 0.00 – 6.00 mg/l (ppm) | DPD N°1 Photometer / DPD N°3 Photometer |
| Alkalinity (Acid Capacity) | 0 – 300 mg/l (ppm) CaCO₃ | Alkalinity-M Photometer |
| Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer) | 0 – 160 mg/l (ppm) | CYA-Test Photometer |
| Active Oxygen (MPS) | 0.0 – 30.0 mg/l (ppm)* | DPD N°4 Photometer* |
| Bromine | 0.0 – 13.5 mg/l (ppm)** | DPD N°1 Photometer + Glycine* |
| Chlorine Dioxide | 0.0 – 11.4 mg/l (ppm)** | DPD N°1 Photometer + Glycine* |
| Ozone | 0.00 – 4.00 mg/l (ppm)** | DPD N°1 / DPD N°3 Photometer + Glycine* |
| Hydrogen Peroxide | 0.00 – 2.90 mg/l (ppm)* | Hyd. Peroxide LR Photometer* |
| Total Hardness | 0 – 500 mg/l (ppm)* | Acidifying PT Photometer* / POL20TH1* / POL10TH2* |
| Calcium Hardness | 0 – 500 mg/l (ppm)* | POL20CaH1* / POL20CaH2* |
* High-range reagent set. ** Requires glycine addition for interference-free reading. All ranges are photometer-measured, on-site, in minutes.
Water Lab 1.0 is used across cooling tower circuits, swimming pools, sewage treatment plant (STP) water, and potable water systems — anywhere a fast, accurate on-site read matters more than a lab courier turnaround.
