HOW IT WORKS

Specialised sponge rubber balls, injected and recovered on load

Older generations of online condenser cleaning technology carried real drawbacks — ball loss, short ball life, and uneven ball distribution across condenser tubes. CET Enviro re-engineered the technology from the ground up: COLTCS injects specialised sponge rubber balls into the condenser system, where they pass through the tubes and scrub fouling from the inner surface while the unit remains fully on load. A custom-designed ball trap retrieves every ball and pumps it back to the condenser inlet for continuous reuse — engineered for a lifespan three times longer than standard cleaning balls, with zero ball loss.
